1. Copyright reports
If you believe material available through Vela Drama infringes copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, email a written notice to jbinvestmentconsulting@gmail.com with the subject “Vela Drama Copyright Notice.”
Before sending a notice, consider whether the use is authorized by a license or by law, including fair use, fair dealing, quotation, criticism, review, or another exception. We may share the notice with the affected content provider or account holder and retain it as needed to investigate and document our response.
2. What to include
A complete notice should include:
- Your full legal name and contact details, including an email address.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material with enough detail for us to locate it, such as the title, episode, timestamp, screenshot, and URL or in-app location.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We may request clarification if a report is incomplete. A report does not guarantee removal; we review notices in context and may take actions required by law, license, or platform policy.
3. Counter-notices
If content you supplied was restricted because of a copyright report and you believe the action was a mistake or misidentification, you may email a counter-notice. Include your identity and contact information; identification of the removed material and its former location; the legal statements and consent to jurisdiction required by applicable law; your good-faith explanation; and your physical or electronic signature.
We may forward a complete counter-notice to the original reporter. Restoration, if appropriate, may occur after the legally applicable waiting period unless we receive notice of a court action.
4. Trademark and other content concerns
For trademark, impersonation, privacy, harmful content, or licensing concerns, email the same address with a clear subject line and provide: your relationship to the right or affected person; the exact material and location; the basis of the concern; requested action; supporting documentation; and your contact details.
For an immediate threat to safety, contact local emergency services first, then notify us.
5. Repeat infringement
Where account or contributor features exist, we may restrict or terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances and may remove or disable access to material when justified.
6. Accurate, responsible reporting
Knowingly submitting a materially false notice may create legal liability. Do not use this process to silence criticism, resolve unrelated disputes, or claim rights you do not hold. The information you submit is processed under our Privacy Policy.
