Request deletion of Vela Drama data.
Vela Drama does not create user accounts. This page lets you request deletion of applicable SDK-linked data or support communications.
How to submit a request
- Open a deletion emailUse the button on this page. No Vela Drama login or account is required.
- Describe the dataTell us whether the request concerns Firebase/Adjust app data, a previous support email, or both.
- Provide limited identifying detailsInclude your device model, Android version, country, and approximate dates of use. If we need an installation identifier, we will explain how to provide it. Never send passwords or payment-card details.
- Receive confirmationWe will respond and use the deletion tools available through Firebase and Adjust where the data can be identified, generally within 30 days or sooner when required by law.
No account deletion is needed: Vela Drama does not require or provide user accounts. Clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling it removes locally stored app data and stops future SDK collection from that installation.
What may be deleted
Depending on what can be associated with the request, deletion may cover Firebase installation or app-instance data, Adjust attribution data, configured app events, diagnostics, and support messages. Aggregated or de-identified statistics that no longer identify an installation may remain.
Limited retention
We may retain a minimal record of the request for compliance and security. Firebase and Adjust may also retain information where required by law or where it has already been irreversibly aggregated or de-identified.
