Privacy Policy

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy applies to the Vela Drama mobile application and the Miss Vela developer website at missvela.com (together, the “Services”). “Miss Vela,” “Vela Drama,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the developer and operator of Vela Drama.

2. Information that may be processed

Vela Drama uses Firebase and Adjust. Depending on the enabled SDK features, device settings, region, and how you use the app, the following limited information may be processed:

• App and device information: app version, Android version, device model, language, time zone, screen or device characteristics, network type, and IP address.
• App identifiers: Firebase Installation ID, App Instance ID, Adjust device identifier, App Set ID, and Android Advertising ID where available and permitted by your device settings.
• App activity: app opens, sessions, screens viewed, and limited events that we configure to understand how Vela Drama is used.
• Attribution information: installation source, Google Play install referrer, campaign information, and related install or re-engagement events.
• Diagnostics: crash stack traces, app state at the time of a crash, device metadata, performance information, and error logs if the relevant Firebase feature is enabled.
• Approximate location: country or general region may be derived from a masked or truncated IP address. Vela Drama does not request precise GPS location.
• Optional notifications: if push notifications are enabled, Firebase may process an FCM registration token, app version, and notification delivery or interaction information.
• Optional purchase events: if a Google Play purchase or subscription feature is offered, Firebase Analytics may receive product ID, product name, price, and purchase event information. We do not receive your full payment-card details.
• Support information: your email address and message only when you choose to contact us.

Information we do not request

Vela Drama does not request access to contacts, call logs, SMS messages, precise location, camera, microphone, health data, calendar, or personal photos, videos, audio files, and documents stored on your device.

3. Firebase and Adjust

Firebase

We use Google Firebase to understand basic app usage and, depending on the app build, to support crash reporting, performance monitoring, remote configuration, or notifications. Firebase may process an app-instance or installation identifier, app lifecycle events, device and app metadata, approximate region derived from IP address, and diagnostics. Crashlytics may process stack traces and relevant device or app state when a crash occurs.

Firebase information is used to operate, analyze, secure, and improve Vela Drama. Firebase states that covered data is encrypted in transit. Learn more from Firebase Privacy and Security and Google’s Privacy Policy.

Adjust

We use Adjust for install attribution and campaign measurement. Adjust may process IP address, device and app metadata, install referrer information, sessions, attribution events, App Set ID, and the resettable Android Advertising ID when available. We do not send Adjust an account ID because Vela Drama does not provide user accounts.

Adjust information is used to understand where an installation came from, measure campaign performance, detect invalid activity, and improve marketing. Learn more from Adjust’s Privacy Policy.

4. Android permissions used by the SDKs

The following permissions may appear in the merged Android manifest:

These SDK features do not require Vela Drama to request contacts, storage, camera, microphone, phone, SMS, or precise-location permissions. If a future feature requires a new sensitive permission, we will provide notice and obtain permission before access as required.

5. How information is used and shared

We use the information described above only to:

• provide and maintain Vela Drama;
• measure basic app usage and improve features;
• identify and fix crashes, errors, and performance problems;
• attribute app installations and measure marketing campaigns;
• protect the app and SDK services against fraud or abuse; and
• respond when you contact support or exercise a privacy right.

Information is transmitted to Google/Firebase and Adjust as service providers for the purposes described above. We may also disclose limited information if required by law, to protect users or the Services, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information for money.

6. Your choices

• You may reset or delete the Android Advertising ID and manage ad-personalization settings through Android or Google settings.
• You may deny or disable notifications through Android settings.
• You may clear Vela Drama’s local app data or uninstall the app to stop future SDK collection from that installation.
• You may contact us to request access, deletion, or another privacy right available in your region.

Because Vela Drama has no user accounts and SDK identifiers are pseudonymous, we may need limited device or installation information to locate data associated with a request.

7. Retention and deletion

Firebase and Adjust data is retained according to the retention settings configured for those services and only as long as reasonably necessary for analytics, attribution, security, and legal purposes. Aggregated or de-identified statistics may be retained longer because they do not identify an individual user.

Support emails are kept only as long as needed to resolve the request and maintain reasonable compliance records. To request deletion of applicable SDK-linked data or a support message, visit our data deletion request page or email jbinvestmentconsulting@gmail.com. We will use the deletion tools made available by Firebase and Adjust where applicable.

8. Security and international processing

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted network transmission and limited access to provider dashboards. Firebase and Adjust may process information in countries other than where you live, subject to their contractual and legal safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Children

Vela Drama is a general-audience entertainment app and is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app, SDK configuration, or law changes. The updated version will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date. Material changes will receive additional notice where required.
